Return and Refund Policy
Here at Express Garage Door Services, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you happen to order the wrong spring you may return it to us and receive a full refund, minus a 25% restocking fee and the charged shipping costs (on stock sizes). Please note our EXCHANGE policy differs from this(read below). Be sure you are ordering the correct springs by visiting our springs page or giving us a call @ 260-691-3822. All of our springs come with a 5 year limited warranty from date of purchase.

Returning Product Conditions
The order must be within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
The returned order must be complete and contain accurate order information.
Upon returning the Products, you will receive a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee and the original charged shipping costs.
We understand that Garage Door Springs can be a bit tricky at times to measure and that mistakes do happen. For this reason we try and make exchanges as simple as possible. If in the event the spring(s) you ordered are incorrect and you wish to exchange them for another size, simply order the correct spring(s) on our site to get them shipped as soon as possible, and then ship the other spring(s) back. In the event of exchanges, the 25% restocking fee will NOT be charged but our shipping costs cannot be refunded.
In the process of returning or exchanging any unwanted items, please remember to do the following;
Be sure to include all parts of the item(s) you are returning.
Include order details and the original order receipt.
Please try and use a shipping method that is safe, secure and traceable.
Please allow up to 3 business days of us receiving the package for processing.
